About

It all begin as a child really, my love for art. I have fond memories of art day in elementary school when the art teacher would wheel her art cart into the classroom. It was my favorite day of the week and all throughout school I took every possible art class available to me.

However my career for many years was in Human/Social Services. I loved helping those with mental health/addiction struggles, victims of domestic violence, and those with disabilities. It is such important work, but that art kept calling me back so I returned to college again for Graphic Design.

I love photography and working in programs such as photo shop and creating digital art, but there also is truly something magical that happens when my paint hits the canvas.

I had a wonderful art professor who taught me so much and I loved his class. He once said “I can’t teach you to be an artist …you are just one. I can only help you to develop your skills.”Its something I never forgot.
